simple weekend recap: edition 17

After a holiday work party, I met up with some friends at 

Marliave (again) for some oysters, salad & cocktails.

 

Saturday morning was turkey sausage on an

 egg & cheese breakfast sandwich (recipe tomorrow).

Saturday date night was spent at Deuxave (review Tuesday)...

 

 

...before heading home to a sleepy pup.

 

Sunday I made bread sticks (recipe later this week)...

 

 

  

...a vegetable curry stew...

 

 

...and butterscotch-chocolate birds nest cookies (recipe this week).
