quick & easy shrimp

As you know, I love shrimp. I love how tasty, quick, and healthy shrimp can be. I just found THE EASIEST way to prepare shrimp.



Ingredients:
1 dozen frozen uncooked deveined shrimp
2 tbs olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Fresh parsley, minced for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F while shrimp defrost.

2. Combine olive oil & lemon juice in a small bowl. Add salt & pepper. Add shrimp to bowl and mix to coat. 

3. Place shrimp on a foiled baking sheet. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the shrimp for a little kick.

 
 4. Pop in preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley and eat!
  

That's it! The most hands-off easiest shrimp preparation EVER!!
