Ingredients (makes 36 mini muffins or 24 cookies):
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs milk
36 or 24 mini peanut butter cups
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375degrees. Mix together flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar. Beat in egg, vanilla, and milk.
3. Add the flour mixture and mix.
4. Muffin-cookies: Shape in into small balls and place each in muffin tin. Push peanut butter cup into dough.
Cookies: Make small balls and place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Push peanut butter cup into dough. Top with another small dough ball like in the recipe for chocolate chip cookies with banana.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until melty and toasty.
