healthier crab rangoons

Crab rangoons are one of my guilty pleasures...the warm gooey mixture of crab and cream cheese make them almost impossible not to eat the whole order in one sitting. After eating 10 greasy crab rangoons, I can never eat more than 1/4 of the entree I ordered. This is a nice alternative to take-out rangoonies that are not greasy, but still warm & gooey. Mmmmm.

Ingredients (makes 24)
6 oz. crab meat
6 oz. light cream cheese
1/3 cup chopped chopped scallions
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper  24 wonton wrappers
1 tsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Mix crab, cream cheese, scallions, onion & garlic powders, dash of Worcestershire sauce and the pinches of salt & pepper to a smooth consistency.

2. Spray cooking spray lightly over mini muffin tin. Line with wonton wrappers and gently put a small dollop of the filling mixture in the center.

3. Wet fingers to close wonton wrappers. Drizzle with olive oil. Pop into preheated oven for 10 minutes until crisp on the corners.

4.  Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
